Which materials will you use?

We can use a variety of different materials. Examples of past bespoke pieces include natural wood, fabrics, laminates, steel and brass. Some finishes include natural state, veneered, painted, varnished and waxed.

Will you provide plans and drawings of the finished piece before we place an order?

We will supply drawings so that you can see we have interpreted your ideas correctly. We will simulate the colour and the finish as best as possible, with accurate measurement scales accompanied by a quotation.

How will you manufacture the furniture to my exact requirements?

We supervise the making of your items and monitor the process so that our exacting standards are followed. Our skilled craftsmen are passionate about their work, and craft each piece individually – but only do so by using precise measurements and following your instructions. This way we achieve perfection every time.

What kind of guarantees do I have?

We cover you with a ten year guarantee that covers all of our work, that way we not only provide you with a  superior piece of individual furniture but we continue to offer our support for years to come, should you need us. We can also schedule a time in advance if you prefer. Our skilled tradesmen will diligently fit each piece after carefully transporting, unwrapping and checking the pieces are as perfect as when they left our site.

When will you require payment?

Following quotation, if you wish to commission us to create your bespoke furniture, we will request somewhere between a 30% and 60% deposit. Once we have completed the pieces, we will require full payment of the remaining balance. After which, we will arrange to fit at a convenient time.
