Where is the furniture made?
All our furniture is made in our workshops in Essex, we have a team of tradesman who are highly competent in the manufacture of high quality furniture.
Will I need a survey?
In the comfort of your own home a designer will visit you to carry out a survey and get a feel for your lifestyle to enable us to arrange for the best possible layout for your storage needs.
Most surveys take approximately 1- 2 hours depending on how long you have getting your requirements down on paper. If you have a specific design in mind, we will work to your specifications.
Once everything is taken into account and all measurements and designs are agreed we will then proceed to manufacture.
Can I have my furniture in any colour?
It really is up to you what colour you would like your furniture, we have many examples to show you from previous satisfied customers that may also help you to choose.
Is the furniture guaranteed?
Our furniture is guaranteed for 10 years.
It is important to note that we will provide you with professional and unbiased advice with no obligations or pressure.
What is the expected delivery time?
Our fitters will often deliver and fit your bedroom; most bedrooms are fitted within one to two days depending on size. For other bespoke furniture, this could take a little longer but we will always aim to work within your timeframes and on schedule. You can track your order by calling or emailing us at any time. As our furniture is bespoke, we estimate a manufacture time of around 2-3 weeks.
What kinds of materials do you use?
We use a number of different kinds of woods, laminates and finishes, all of our materials are of the highest quality giving you the finish you require.
